We are only able to give answers to questions with regard to chemical treatment of central heating systems and recommend that you contact your boiler or other equipment manufacturer with regard to questions on the mechanical installation or maintenance of these items.
All replies are subject to the limit of the information and detail that you provide. To avoid unnecessary delays please provide as much information as possible with regard to:
- the quality of water used to fill the system e.g. mains water, softened water etc,
- the age of the system,
- materials of construction e.g. copper pipe, aluminium heat exchanger
- current condition
- any previous treatment chemicals used
